Your Girl Scout experience just got more amazing! 

Take advantage of Volunteer Systems, formerly known as Customer Engagement Initiative (or CEI), where parents, volunteers and members can manage their membership information AND troop co-leaders have access to the Volunteer Toolkit (VTK): an amazing new tool to help troop leaders spend more time where it counts—with their girls.

PLEASE NOTE: All leaders and co-leaders will now be listed as "co-leaders" in our new registration system.

Current members will receive an important email from gsusacustomercare@girlscouts.org in mid-May that will give you access to set-up your profile. Once you’ve set up your login information, go to our website, click on the “My GS” portal in the upper right hand toolbar and start exploring!

Volunteer Systems Timeline for Troop Co-Leaders, Members and Parents/Guardians:

  • Effective Immediately – no position changes or troop transfers allowed. All troop transfers will be completed by calling Member Support at 877.447.5558.
  • May 11, 11:00 p.m. (EST) – Online registration for both membership and programs will be unavailable. A maintenance notification will temporarily be in its place.
  • May 15, 3:00 p.m. (CDT) – Online registration re-opens for program registration only.
  • May 18-22 – All current members will receive email from gsusacustomercare@girlscouts.org with their Volunteer Systems user credentials for membership registration. Registration opens on May 22!
