Named one of the “10 Best Art Museums for Kids” by Child magazine, Joslyn Art Museum offers galleries filled with art from antiquity to the present and many engaging opportunities for learners of all ages.

Painting, Pottery
Earn one Brownie badge of your choice in a workshop that includes gallery exploration and lots of hands-on fun in the art room.

Who: Brownies

When:
Sundays, 1:30-3:30 pm (Pottery is two sessions, 1-3 pm)

Cost: $8 per girl (chaperones free) except for the 2-session pottery workshop, which is $14 per girl.

Capacity: Minimum 12, Maximum 24.

Drawing, Jewelry
Earn one Junior badge of your choice in a workshop that includes gallery exploration and lots of hands-on fun in the art room.

Who: Juniors

When: Sundays, 1-4 pm

Cost: $10 per girl (chaperones free)

Capacity: Minimum 12, Maximum 24.

Registration: Advance registration and payment is due three weeks in advance. Please identify which Brownie or Junior badge you wish to earn and list two possible dates when you register. To register, contact Youth & Family Programs Coordinator Maranda Allbritten, 402.661.3868 or by email.

Chaperones: Must be present for duration of activity and follow Safety Activity Checkpoints.

Refunds: Refunds given only if an event is cancelled by the Museum.

Notes: Admission to Joslyn is FREE and offers a variety of self-guided options for young people. The Museum is fully accessible to persons in wheelchairs. Sign-language interpreters are available, free of charge, with three-week notice; inquire when you register.
