Nebraska ATA Martial Arts, powered by Senior Master Kassebaum’s ATA, have several programs for a variety of purposes, ranging from basic martial arts to self defense to esteem and life skills building and more. We are dedicated to enhancing your physical capabilities and maximizing your self-defense skills.

Kidz ‘N Power™ Stranger Safety
Simple Break Away Self-Defense Instruction, Role Playing with Possible Stranger Dangers; Child Abduction Safety Tips & more.
NEW! Personal Safety
This new class is geared toward older girls, ages 12+ and focuses on the variables associated with prevention psychology. The class will include discussing the types of personality profiles and which is more likely to make you a target, profiles of a potential assailant, learning to develop a prevention mindset and basic wrist releases & escape drills.
Bully Prevention Class
This class will deliver the latest research and newest thinking on Bullying Prevention from the world’s foremost authority on Bullying Prevention, The Olweus Bullying Prevention Program. Using specific drills and role playing, kids will walk away with actionable steps to take right now to deal with destructive bullying.
Our classes are for Daisies, Brownies, Juniors, Cadettes, Seniors & Ambassadors, Adults & Volunteers.
$12 per girl includes one-hour instruction of your selected class plus an ATA fun patch (Fitness Fun Safety). Adults are welcome and encouraged to stay and participate.
No minimums for participation.

Payment is accepted day of class via personal check or credit card. Minimum cancellation requested is one-week before class.
By participating in a Nebraska ATA class, girls may complete requirements towards sports-related and other badges.
