We are proud to present Brownie/Junior Day with the Omaha Symphony! Led by Maestro Ernest Richardson, Mozart’s Missing Memory promises to be a fun-filled afternoon of great music, hilarious charades, and an over-the-top Mozart who’s forgotten who he is!

Brownie/Junior Girl Scout Day!
Scouts attend the Omaha Symphony Family Concert, Mozart’s Missing Memory, followed by a musician-led workshop and pizza dinner.

Who: Brownies, Juniors

When: Sunday, January 19, 2014
Concert: 2 p.m. – 3 p.m.
Workshop: 3:15 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Holland Performing Arts Center

Cost: Workshop is presented free of charge but Scouts must purchase tickets to the Omaha Symphony Family Concert, Mozart’s Missing Memory. Tickets for general admission are $10.00 each. (Pizza is included.)

Recognition: Through the concert experience and workshop, juniors will meet the requirements for the Musician Badge. (Musician Badge activities derived from “Agent of Change” Skill – Building Activity Set – Part of the Junior Girl’s Guide to Girl Scouting.)

Brownies can use this concert experience and workshop to “Make Their Own Badge” and create a custom music badge.

Registration will begin October 1, 2013, and is subject to availability. The registration deadline is January 13, 2014. To purchase tickets and register for this event, please complete and mail, email or fax the form available on the “Community” page of our website.
