Shoot For the Stars!
Schedule a visit to our unique, all-weather facility to learn about the stars, planets, space travel and the latest events in astronomy.

Astronomy programs for general audiences of all ages. Presentations include a mix of the night sky, projected on our 30’ dome, video, animation and still images from various land and space-based telescopes. Many of our programs can be tailored to meet specific educational goals or requirements.

Who: Girl Scouts of all ages; leaders and family members are welcome and encouraged to participate.

When: Monday thru Friday: afternoons or evenings; Saturday – Sunday mornings, afternoons or evenings.

Where: UNO’s Durham Science Center, 6601 Dodge Street, Omaha

Basic planetarium shows are $3.00 per person. (Weekday afternoons are $1.50 per person). Minimum costs do apply. Cash, check or purchase orders.
