This exclusive seminar will empower you to develop as a leader and change maker. For girls who love nature and want to make a meaningful impact on the environment. The seminar occurs at the same time as the Helen Storrow Seminars at Our Chalet, a World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) World Center in Switzerland.

In addition to learning about and taking action on environmental issues, we will connect virtually with Girl Scouts in other countries and with the WAGGGS World Centers to discover how we are changing our communities. It’s a unique way to have an international experience without getting on a plane or applying for a visa.

Who was Helen Storrow? She was an American Girl Scout leader, progressive thinker, philanthropist, and social reformer. In 1915, she met Juliette Gordon Low and became a key figure in Girl Scouts of the USA. She founded Our Chalet, the first WAGGGS World Center, in 1932. Helen Storrow Seminars have been held at Our Chalet since 1986 to honor her legacy.
