Do you love the outdoors and want to share your enthusiasm and knowledge with others? Do you dream about working at Girl Scout camp some day? Counselor-in-Training (CIT) is a leadership development program that prepares you to become a camp counselor and work with younger girls.
NOTE: CITs may only work with girls at least two grades younger than themselves. This program is open to girls entering 9th-12th grades.
