Magazine Program

Magazines and Photo Keepsakes.

The Fall Product Program gives girls and troops the opportunity to sell magazine subscriptions (new and renewals), and the “to remember this” photo keepsake items to earn quick and easy start-up money for their troop. Magazine/keepsake items can be sold via the Pay Now Order Form where customers can order/renew in person, and via the secure QSP/Nut Online Program. Many people have magazine subscriptions they can renew, and the new “to remember this” photo keepsakes items are a great way to preserve all their precious memories!

We hope your girls join us as we look forward to our best Fall Product Program yet!

QSP/Nut Online Program
Parents and their Girl Scouts visit our website and click on the QSP/Nut Online Program button to access the online ordering system. The girls complete the online goal setting activity and customize their email message. Girls have the option to manually enter email addresses or upload an entire email address book and send an email, giving customers an opportunity to purchase their favorite magazines and “to remember this” keepsakes online.

“To remember this” photo keepsakes; an easy way to support Girl Scouts! The QSP/Nut Online program offers a great way to help people preserve and share their memories with personalized photo keepsakes using the photos they have stored on computers, mobile devices, Facebook and Instagram. Customers can now order photo keepsakes such as photo books, holiday cards, posters, calendars and more. These items can be ordered online or by using paper order forms and will be delivered directly to the customer. Don't forget that these items make perfect holiday gifts!

Pay Now
Girls take magazine and “to remember this” keepsake orders in person via the Pay Now order form and collect money at the time the order is placed. The Pay Now option eliminates the need for customers to wait for an invoice from QSP, which means they will receive their subscriptions quicker. The customer simply needs to complete the order form and provide payment for their order.

Project Share!
This program gives girls the opportunity to support our military by selling $6 vouchers that go towards purchasing nuts, candies and magazines for active military. Girls will earn a Share patch for selling six items or more and all sales count towards recognitions. The troop earns 12% (13% for opt-out troops) of the selling price for each order. And… the COUNCIL handles all order fulfillment and distribution. Providing a taste of home has never been so sweet!

Returning this Year
Be a Super Troop! All troops that participate in both the 2015 Fall Product Program and the 2016 Girl Scout Cookie Program will receive a Super Troop patch for every registered girl. This special recognition will be distributed with the 2016 Cookie Program recognitions.

Girl Scout troops will earn 12% of all sales, as well as cool patches and cumulative recognitions. Troops can also opt to receive 13% in proceeds and just the patches, in lieu of recognitions. Troops also earn $3.00 for each completed Magazine Program Reach Out Booklet.
