Shipping Email Orders

We determine shipping and handling fees at the time of order, based upon package weight, size, and distance traveling. Contact us for a quote—or place your order and we will confirm the total cost with shipping at time of payment.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item with a receipt within 45 days of purchase. Exchanges may be made for item(s) of equal or greater value. Fun patches, special orders, damaged/soiled items, sale items, and discontinued items cannot be returned or exchanged. The Girl Scout Shop cannot issue store credit.

Refunds

We are happy to accept returns with a receipt within 45 days of purchase. All refunds are issued back to the customer via the original payment method. All check and cash purchases over $50.00 will be issued as a check within two weeks of the return. Fun patches, special orders, sale items, discontinued items, and damaged/soiled items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Special Orders

Girl Scouts Spirit of Nebraska processes orders on the first and third week of each month. If you wish to order an item we regularly stock but have run out of, we will order it during the next standard order.

If you would like items ordered prior to our shop order, we will charge the same S&H we are charged by Girl Scouts of the USA. If you would like to order items we do not regularly stock, this will be considered a special order whether it is ordered with our order, or by itself.

If you would like us to ship an item to you, we will charge applicable fees for this shipment in addition to the Girl Scouts of the USA S&H fees.

We do not ship orders within the Omaha and Lincoln metro areas—they are available for pickup in our shops. Special orders left in a shop for more than four weeks from pickup notification will be reshelved and will not be eligible for a refund.

For more information, please call 402.779.8202 or email the Girl Scout Shop.
