Refunds
Refunds will be granted under the following conditions:
- The refund request is received before the cancellation deadline (found in the event details in your MY GS account).
- Girl Scouts Spirit of Nebraska cancels the program.
- The girl or family moves away from the area.
- A physician confirms that the registrant is physically unable to participate.
Membership Refunds: Girl Scout Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Travel Refunds: Girl Scouts Spirit of Nebraska is often required to pay non-refundable deposits or even full payments early to reserve flights, buses, lodging, and other expenses for council-sponsored trips. Because of this, partial refunds, minus deposits and any expenses already incurred, are granted only if the cancellation request is received by the deadlines indicated in the table below:
