Next, celebrate Early Bird like the Girl Scout you are by participating in the Early Bird Best Nest Contest! From April 1 through June 30, 2024, pick a space and decorate it with all things flamingos and Girl Scouts! We’re talking plastic flamingos, pink or green streamers and balloons, Girl Scout signage, or all the above!
You or your troop could WIN a $100 or $50 gift card to Juliette's Boutique!

Flock your troop co-leader’s yard, a fellow Girl Scouts’ front porch, or your parent’s vehicle (be sure to get permission first).
Don't have a space to decorate? Not a problem!
- Host a pink flamingo lemonade stand while wearing your Girl Scout uniform.
- Bake a flamingo-themed cake and devour it at your next troop meeting.
- Dress up like a flamingo or all in pink for your next Girl Scout outing.
- Test your flamingo knowledge by taking a Flamingo Quiz and share your score online.
- Create a flamingo SWAPS and share with your neighborhood friends.
- Make a video of your troop dressed up like pink flamingos and share it with us!

Strut your stuff and stand tall like flamingos. We want to see what you’ve done to celebrate Early Bird! Send photos or video to Marketing via email or direct message through Facebook (please keep videos under 30 seconds).
The submission deadline is Sunday, June 30, 2024. Winners will be announced by mid-July.
