By completing this session, you will be prepared with the essential
skills to safely take your troop on an outdoor adventure that involves
fire building and/or outdoor cooking through the incorporation of the
Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE).
Skills covered
include Leave No Trace principles, fire building, outdoor cooking, and
trip planning, all through the lens of offering a girl-led experience.
Whether you are a co-leader, helpful volunteer, or parent, you will
leave feeling prepared for a fun outdoor adventure with your Girl
Scouts.
Completing this training is required in order to
take Girl Scouts on outdoor excursions that feature fire building and
outdoor cooking.
