Immerse yourself in the Wild West at this unique horse camp. Ride
twice a day with an overnight camping experience in Halsey National
Forest setting up camp, cooking your own meals, and caring for the
horses. There's nothing like sleeping outside with the sound of
neighing horses nearby. Camping readiness is a must for this amazing
horseback riding adventure.
Note: All riders must be under 225 pounds for this camp. Girls must be in 5th grade or above and have completed Beginner Horse Camp before registering for this camp.
Only four adult volunteers are needed. Adult camp volunteers are required to be registered Girl Scout members and successfully complete a background check. All camp volunteers are expected to support camp staff as needed. Adult cost does not include horseback riding.
