Empower yourself in this self-defense program designed for older Girl Scouts that focuses on real-world safety skills, confidence, and personal empowerment. Learn situational awareness, boundary-setting, and practical self-defense techniques, along with strategies for de-escalation and seeking help-helping you feel strong, prepared, and in control in a variety of situations.
Adults must register and attend with girls, using the required volunteer-to-girl ratios.
