Earning the prestigious title "Honor Troop" is no easy task, but 60 Girl Scout troops in Nebraska worked exceptionally hard during the last membership year to achieve this distinction.

Earning the prestigious Honor Troop title is a Girl Scout tradition across the country. It’s a special award that girls achieve together, and it ensures that troops are getting a well-rounded Girl Scout experience. In fact, the Honor Troop requirements are a great place to start when planning your Girl Scout year!

At the beginning of the Girl Scout year, troop members should decide together if they want to work toward Honor Troop recognition. All of the Honor Troop requirements must be completed by June 30, 2020.

Every troop can be an Honor Troop! You will gain great rewards from your Girl Scout experience, and girls receive an Honor Troop Certificate, Honor Troop Patch, and the joy of a job well done. Get started now!
