Our dynamic leaders and their dedication are key in helping Girl Scouts discover their full potential. Girl Scouts Spirit of Nebraska is led by the chief executive officer, a board of directors, elected delegates, professional staff members, and volunteers.
Our board of directors represents the diversity and geography of our Council. They are committed community leaders and professionals, who wholeheartedly believe in and promote our Mission. Board members are selected because they demonstrate leadership and a commitment to improving the lives of girls all across Nebraska.

Every three years, Girl Scout councils from across the country gather to shape the future of our movement. As a National Delegate, you’ll attend the convention, participate in decision-making at the National Council Session, and make your voice heard on the issues that matter most to Girl Scouts.
In 2025, Girl Scouts Spirit of Nebraska is seeking 12-14 new members to join the Girl Advisory Committee to Girl Scouts Spirit of Nebraska. The Girl Advisory Committee will work with the GSSN board on key projects and initiatives aligned to the Council strategy plus provide critical insight and innovative ideas to serve girls in the 21st Century. Members make recommendations, contribute to key initiatives, and influence decision-making processes.
