For Caitlin, Girl Scouts has been a constant throughout her life. What began as a brand-new Daisy troop in kindergarten has grown into years of friendship, leadership, and giving back.
Through hard work and determination, Caitlin sold an incredible 3,478 packages during one Girl Scout Cookie Program. Today, she uses that experience to help younger Girl Scouts earn badges, builds their confidence during Girl Scout Cookie season, and encourages them to step outside their comfort zones. From helping recruit new members each fall to leading by example at troop meetings and cookie booths, she's become someone the younger girls look up to.
Along the way, Girl Scouts has given Caitlin opportunities to celebrate milestones, create lasting memories, and challenge herself—from overnight adventures and special events to becoming one of her troop's top cookie sellers. This year, she'll bridge to Ambassador, marking another exciting chapter in a journey that's come full circle.
"Now that I am older, I have been showing the younger girls the ropes on how to talk to people, not be shy, and always be respectful."
That's the power of Girl Scouts. Girls don't just grow as leaders; they become role models who inspire the next generation to find their own confidence and courage.
100 years. Countless stories. One lasting legacy.
