It's that time of the year again—National Girl Scout Week is just around the corner and we're gearing up for a celebration like no other! Can you believe it's been 112 years since Juliette Gordon Low kick-started this incredible journey? Neither can we! Let's dive into the excitement and sprinkle some Girl Scout magic all around!
Back in 1912 in Savannah, Georgia, Juliette "Daisy" Gordon Low planted the seeds of what would grow into a global sisterhood of empowerment and adventure. With just 18 members, she set the stage for generations of girls to come together, learn, grow, and lead. Fast forward to today, and here we are, celebrating over a century of courage, friendship, and countless boxes of Thin Mints!®
From March 10 to March 16, it's time to embark on a week-long adventure that's all about celebrating YOU—our incredible Girl Scouts! We invite all Nebraska Girl Scouts to celebrate this momentous week with us!
We've put together a jam-packed Activity Calendar filled with fun and meaningful ways to honor the Girl Scout spirit. Check out our Activity Calendar, or better yet, get creative and plan your own Girl Scout fun!

March 14: Thankful Thursday
Giving thanks and expressing gratitude is a common trait of being a Girl Scout. Thankful Thursday is a chance to focus specifically on the things we are grateful for in our lives. From supportive families to inspiring mentors, there's so much to be thankful for.
March 15: The Future is Female Friday
As Girl Scouts, we believe in the power of female leadership and empowerment. Today, let's uplift and encourage one another to dream big, take risks, and break barriers. Together, we can create a future where every girl can thrive and succeed.
